Founded in January, 2008, by Michelle Tucker, Heide Randall, and Dianne Killian, Team
Unite arose from the Henry Tucker CaringBridge site and the Jessica Randall
Caringbridge site and
is comprised of
nationwide
volunteers from families
impacted by the devastating diagnosis of
a child
with cancer.
Team Unite also consists of friends of these families, as well as a conglomeration
of
concerned citizens. The result is a genuine grassroots effort with
the
purpose of
raising awareness and securing funding to bring an
end
to
childhood cancer!
Join us in our ongoing efforts. Individuals choose the
amount
of
time they
can dedicate to our endeavor,
and then we
call,
write,
and/or e-mail
strategic targets
in order
to get
support, funding, and media
attention
for
childhood cancer.
